Service Pack 2 includes a rollup of post-Service Pack 1 sustained engineering fixes, as well as those included in Service Pack 1. A complete list of fixes is contained in Knowledge Base article 328156 (see Related Resources).

Instructions
1. Click the download button above.
2. Select Save this Program to Disk to copy the download to your computer.
3. Run HIS50sp2.exe, which prompts you to choose a folder to extract the files.
4. After the extraction is completed, open that folder and double-click Update.exe.
5. Click the Release Notes link to review the latest readme file before installation.
6. To apply the service pack, click the Install Service Pack 2 link.
